Orders ship via overnight courier within 2 working days.
Orders ship within 3 working days. Airmail delivery is 2-3 weeks depending on your local customs office. Speed Courier takes 2-3 working days.

Leather & Felt Care
Our tailor-made Bullhide leather is impregnated with unique self-healing lacquer. This means scratches can be polished out with a brisk rub.
Avoid contact with moisture and long periods of direct sunlight for longevity.
Leather edges can be kept crisp using a mild flame or scissor trim.
Leather will mold to its contents with age, once leather is stretched out it won't tighten up so avoid over-stuffing your item. If cards sit loosely in a stretched holder use a folded business card as a spacer and tensioner.
Felt may ‘leak’ fibers at first, this is from our shaving and trimming process, which ensures a crisp finish. Spilled liquids should be shaken off immediately and patted dry.
Felt edges may gather lint over time, this can be picked/gently rubbed off or trimmed lightly with scissors.
Repairs within warranty are handled on a case-by-case basis, please mail us a few images so we can find the best way to get your product back in action.
We are happy to give advice on the maintenance of older items and offer a Full Service on older items at a nominal charge.
We offer a 12 month warranty on manufacturing defects, please get hold of us as soon as an issue arises so we can make it right with a repair, refund of exchange depending on the cause & extent of the defect.
If your product arrives in a poor or damaged condition please mail us images within 2 weeks of receipt for a refund or replacement.
If you decide your item isn’t for you it can be returned absolutely unused and in original packaging within 20 days of receipt. Returns should be shipped with a tracking number or insurance, as we cannot refund missing returns.
A full refund of the cost of the item (ex-shipping) will be made on receipt of your return. For International returns please clearly mark ‘Return’ on the outside of your parcel along with a returns invoice, which we will email to you.
