Returns, Refunds & Shipping
When you place an order your delivery address and products are confirmed with our shipping software. At this point we can’t modify or cancel the order. If you placed an order in error, you’ll have the possibility to return after delivery.
If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. Please email email@example.com. You'll need your order number and the same email address you used to place the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you. If your return is post stamped outside the return window, you are only eligible for a store credit.
LOCAL SHIPPINGLocal shipping rates are R60 for anywhere in South Africa, with delivery to your door in 1-3 business days. Outlying local areas may take between 2 - 5 business days. In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days. If your design is not in stock and you are requesting a Pre-Order, it will take up to 10 working days to be delivered as the bag needs to be produced before shipping.
International shipping is dependant on country and typically take within 7 - 14 working days to be delivered. Rates are between R199 - R299. Speed Courier takes 2-3 working days. Please contact us if you would like express delivery.
In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you need to let us know within 5 working days from delivery. If your product develops a noticeable problem at any time, just get in touch and we’ll help you find a solution.
We never share or sell your personal information to any third party. Your details are only used to contact you about your order. You can opt to receive our newsletter emails by signing up on our site or at the checkout after placing an order. All transactions are processed using industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card information is never stored.
